FLC – Ladies Class  (1 Day)

Sorry Guys; this course is for Ladies only. This course is dedicated to providing training for women only safe gun handling Subjects include:

· Basics of Handgun Safety in the home and on the range.

· Four Cardinal Rules of FIREARM SAFETY:

· Storage and transportation of firearms.

· Stance, grip, sighting (Sight alignment and Sight Picture) and trigger control.

· Students will fire approximately 200 rounds of ammunition under the guidance of our professional instructors.

1-Day /200 rounds / Tuition: $100.00 + Plus Range Fees


FLC1A - Ladies Class  (2 Day)

In our 2 Day Class, on the 2nd day we move forward and advance the curriculum to include the following:

· Stalking and Stalking Laws

· Restraining orders.

· Chemical irritants (Pepper Spray) Pros and Cons.

· Stun Guns (pros and Cons.

· Tasers, Pros and Cons.

· Situational awareness

· Avoiding the threat

· Very basic, Escape Techniques

· Avoiding the threat.

· We utilize a proactive approach of prevention before the attack. The information in this class is based on input from Law Enforcement Instructors from across the nation. This is one of our most desirable classes. 

Equipment/ammo requirements:

*Ammo actually fired will depend on the course flow and may vary. You will need a handgun with 3 magazines or 2 Speed loaders. Handguns can be rented from the range. No holster is required... Hearing and Eye protection is required but can be rented from the range.

2-Day /200 rounds / Tuition: $200.00 + Plus Range Fees

Note: Due to health and sanitary considerations, we recommend that you purchase your own personal eye and ear protection.

BHG – Basic Handgun (1 Day)

COURSE GOALS:

TO PROVIDE THE STUDENT WITH THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ATTITUDE NECESSARY FOR OWNING AND USING A HANDGUN SAFELY

Learning Objectives:

o You will know the safety rules.

o You will know the parts of your handgun.

o You will know what type of ammo to use in your handgun.

o You will know how the gun operates.

Performance Objectives:

o Maintain Gun Safety

o Demonstrate proper Gun Handling Skills.

o Marksmanship Skills

o Have Fun

This course is dedicated to providing basic handgun training and safe gun handling Subjects include:

· Basics of Handgun Safety in the home and on the range.

· Four Cardinal Rules of FIREARM SAFETY:

· Storage and transportation of firearms.

·  Loading and unloading, Stance, grip, sighting (Sight alignment and Sight Picture) and trigger control,  

· Students will fire approximately 150 rounds of ammunition under the guidance of our professional instructors.

Cost: 1-Day /150 rounds / Tuition: $125.00 + Plus Range Fees

Equipment/ammo requirements:

PRE-CCW COURSE

RATES: $60/per person (cash or credit accepted)

DURATION: 3 hours

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: For ALL shooters who have been approved for training 

FIREARM INCLUDED? No. Your own firearm is required.

AMMO INCLUDED? No ammo is required. This is Classroom instruction only.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This is an OPTIONAL course, and not required for obtaining your CCW.

This class is highly recommended for anyone interested in obtaining their CCW.

If you have limited or no experience working from a holster, are not confident in your gun handling or need to brush up on safety this class is designed for you. No live fire in class. You must have a gun, holster and belt to participate.

  • Firearms Safety (Four Cardinal Rules of Firearms Safety)
  • Drawing your gun from a holster
  • Drawing from concealment

  • How to change magazines to include Combat, Speed and Tactical Reloads
  • Proper use of speed loaders for revolvers
  • Using a flashlight and your gun (Optional) NO LIVE ammunition in class.
